Stunning 14th-century villa recently restored. Once the summer residence of prominent Florentine families like the Guidi counts, it stands out among the expansive Tuscan estates converted into hospitality venues for skillfully blending contemporary chic with historical charm. The structure maintains the freshness of its ancient and original facade, while the interiors have been renovated with a modern and contemporary design featuring minimalist touches. 
 
 In the main building (Villa), besides the rooms spread across the first and second floors, you'll find the reception, the restaurant, and a large terrace overlooking the outdoor pool, all enhanced by a magnificent and fragrant Italian garden rich with roses, aromatic and ornamental plants where comfortable sofas await for relaxing moments. The magical evening atmosphere is accentuated, in addition to the breathtaking view, by the clever placement of lighting points created personally by the owner's genius.
 In an adjacent annex to the Villa, there is a small SPA with an indoor pool measuring 2x6 meters with hydromassage, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a wellness area dedicated to massages, and the owner's 50 sqm apartment.
 
 
 The Villa offers 15 rooms (each with a bathroom) including Classic, Deluxe, Junior Suite, Suite, and Family Suite with charming views of the village, the garden, or the Chianti hills. They are spacious and elegant, decorated in shades of beige, white, and gray, with wooden floors, exposed beams, or frescoed ceilings. The furnishings are simple and functional but specifically designed to give the environment a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All are equipped with the most modern comforts such as a safe, minibar, hairdryer, internet access, air conditioning, and TV with satellite channels. 
 There are a total of 24 bathrooms.
