The main body dates back to between 1200 and 1400 and is mentioned in the maps of the Captains of Ventura.

Entering through the automatic wrought-iron gate, you have access to the very well-kept park of about 1.3 hectares where there is also a raised swimming pool in total privacy surrounded by greenery measuring 6x12 metres with a Roman staircase at the head and a beautiful bowling alley nearby.
The structure is in authentic stone, restored with a conservative method respecting both the aesthetics and the use of materials.
It enjoys four possible entrances from the park, the main one of which leads to the large living room with terracotta arches.

By means of a beautiful stone staircase, we reach the first floor where we find 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms currently made as three flats but easily converted for family use, in one room there is a beautiful traditional, working fireplace.
We access the attic by means of a wooden open staircase where we find a further beautiful room with private bathroom and views.
The roof has exposed oak beams, old terracotta rafters and bricks and is totally insulated.

Externally, a beautiful loggia of about 40sqm is a very pleasant space to enjoy shade and coolness on summer days.
